When I chose to leave my previous billing company I did A LOT of research. A couple of things that meant the most to me were the software and the people behind it. The software is so easy to use that my new employees learned how to use the basics virtually overnight. The day-to-day operation of the system is very point-and-click. It feels more point-and-click versus the old dropdown DOS type of system. The reports are awesome. The other piece that made Peak my first choice was the people. Nick and Brandon have made me feel comfortable from day one and their support team is always happy to help. They all do an awesome job!!
